Q- Do you have a Retail store?
A- We do have a retail store. We operate online. We are proud makers of products entirely Made in India. All garments are carefully constructed at our studio in Mumbai, India.
Q- What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel, amend or add to your existing order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order on our email id- ruchigupta@thepureloom.com or WhatsApp to us on +91-9137193382. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us.
Q- Where do you ship? Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping on all domestic orders is free.
Q- Is the product cost inclusive of GST?
All our product prices are inclusive of GST.
Q- When will I receive my order?
We ship within 7 working days from the date of order.
Q- What are the different payment options?
We accept payments through online transfers and COD. You can make online transactions via net banking, Google Pay or Paytm, Debit card, Credit card etc..
