Q- Do you have a Retail store?
A- We do not have a retail store. We only operate online. We are proud makers of products entirely Made in India. All garments are carefully constructed at our studio in Mumbai, India.
Q- What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel, amend or add to your existing order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order on our email id-ruchigupta@pureloom.in or WhatsApp to us on +91-9137193382. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us.
Q- Where do you ship? Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping on all domestic orders is free.
Q- Is the product cost inclusive of GST?
All our product prices are inclusive of GST.
Q- When will I receive my order?
We ship within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order.
Q- What are the different payment options?
We cannot confirm your order or hold pieces before receiving your payment. We only accept payments through online transfers, and do not offer COD. You can make online transactions via net banking, Google Pay or Paytm.
